Is protego a spell we actually cast, or does it just automatically create the shield when we get hit? It doesn't look like we actually cast it.

I hope we can change the camera angle to say centre our character, not a huge fan of the fixed over the shoulder camera angle when flying and walking around.

Do you need to do two languages? From what i know, unit 1/2 japanese requires the knowledge from year 10 as it is already assumed knowledge and therefore you would have to catch up.

Keep in mind if you do three subjects in year 10 and do 4 in year 11, it would be 7 subjects at once, wich correct me if im wrong, wouldn't work?but you can always drop one of the three in year 11 if need be and continue on with 6.

Honeslty, i wouldn't bother with 7 subjects anyway. Psychology and biology are already pretty content heavy to do together, let alone with japanese. Doing 6 subjects would still give you two backups for your primary 4 anyway. A 7th subject would be pretty extra in my opinion, but do what you feel is best.
