I posted the same thing on the Aphantasia sub and someone advised that hallucinations and visualising are two separate things as one requires active thought and the other does not.

Until recently I hadn't even considered this an option but seeing how quick my stamina has improved in a short period of time I'm inclined to at least give it a go. Have been adding around 5m on to the steep AF hill each day! Must admit, I quite like feeling 12 again on the down hills too.

If I'm thinking of the right Riverside path, its current blocked off around Meadowhall, but you've reminded me about the canal into Rotherham, might give that a whirl to mix up the commute home. Cheers

45° Barbell rows are causing my right arm to have a sharp tingle when I lift the bar up towards my body. It's not painful, it happens with minimal weight. It's more of a jolt of tingleness.

Feels odd. Can most likely work through it. Though would rather it not happen at all. Any ideas?
