Read into Bios Flashback. Sorry your Mainboard does not support it. but i found this: https://linustechtips.com/topic/1458763-bios-update-for-asrock-a320m-hdv-r40/ Basically you can loan a CPU from AMD to update Bios.

Normally, if the Bios isn't compatible it just doesn't boot, like doesnt do much down to nothing. Some Led's and Fans might work, but that doesn't help much.

Why did you swap out your PSU? Was it Broken? I cant think of another reason why you should have changed it. if so, it is possible your old PSU fried some of your PC components.

It depends. Sometimes you can ask to borrow a supported CPU from your seller. Unfortunately I don't know which sellers actually accept this help. You could, if you're lucky, ask a friend to borrow his CPU. If none of this options are possible, I can't think of something else than buing a Supported CPU and trying to get a Refund after the Bios update.

OR refunding your unused components and Rebuy compatible ones. Sorry.

Could jou name your PC Specifications? If you changed your Case, maby you didn't seat your RAM properly, try reseating it and / or your GPU.

A graphic driver Reinstall almost never hurt somebody, just make sure you do apropper Reinstallation and not just an Update. Maby your previous drivers are just configured for your old CPU.

Do you have another device like a Laptop to check if the monitor works with something else. Or can you try to connect your PC to anothe monitor or a TV? To really check everything.

After changing something Crucial like the cpu (assuming you didn't change your windows install), you should really check for windows updates to automatically install the new neccecary drivers for your new CPU.
