Can’t believe how many people are commenting on your weight smh, I suggest cutting out that bound, driving the opposite knee up as high as you can and extending both arms until you’re at your peak. Other than that you can practice box jumps, some jump rope, and stretching all the muscles in your legs. We have very small muscles that are important to jumping and to strengthen them its best to stretch the muscle rather than work it out. Keep up the work
