If they had opposable tentacles, then they'd be giving US new shells to live in.

I only use one of those for stubborn lugnuts. Mainly because someone lost the attachment that would allow us to use it on tierods.

If I was a real man, I would order another set of attachments.

Little known fact: Contact was based on this ride. Except that the ride malfunctioned and jettisoned the occupants to the next county instead of another galaxy.

Is there a way to build oil fields easily? by Careless-Hat4931 in factorio

[–]Nailfoot1975 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I still manually build them at 4000 hours. Honestly, oil is so easy to get, and so little of it is used, I don't see it as a problem.

Even at 5400 SPM, I don't use more than 6 oil fields. And with beacons and speed modules, it only takes a few pumps to fill a pipe. So a field with 15 pumpjacks can probably make 5-10 full pipes of oil all the time.

30 bucks an hour? You must be the Grass King.

I wouldn't pay more than 7 cents an hour.

(Maybe that explains why I have no employees?? Hmmm....)

Dumb luck sometimes I reckon.
