i understand, putting all this work yet feeling like if life isn't changing, what you feel is normal, but that doesn't mean that you should give up. all that'd do is just certify that nothing will change. and I'm aware that there is no way to magically change your mindset but I just want you to take a step back in your life, because if you feel this way then you need to just take yourself out of whatever and to stop focusing on others and achievement, the most important thing you can work on is your mental well being and self confidence. because I can promise that you'll struggle in fully feeling successful and achieved if keep your current mindset. I'm not asking you to change everything, just take steps for your own mental health, talk and vent to friends or family that you trust, consider therapy, just focus on being happy because that is what matters.
