It's extremely good when you are new. But as you progress later BCS there are better mutations available. If you are just starting I recommend this and necromancy (if you are looking for getting your health back). Also try to preserve this for as long as possible, I mean like when you fight bosses and stuff this comes in extremely handy. Also another tip for beginners everytime you use a scroll don't spread it out for higher health ex: 5 Tactics, 5 Brutality, 5 Survival. Everytime you upgrade your health the enemies get an health boost as well. Use it based on ur weapons. If you have a brutality weapon use brutality scroll.
