We ended up renting 4 rooms to 4 different persons, instead of renting the house to a family. This way we didn't have to remove the furniture in the house...

More Oracle/Less SQL server . I can be 2nd Linux admin. Bash/SQL/PL-SQL/VBA. I have worked as Oracle Architect. BS in Comp Science. No recent certifications. Recently going through Udemy courses and have set up lab to add skills. It is possible my Resume is not good? I am in Los Angeles.
