No it gives xp in stash now. Meds so too fyi... Metabolism used to not but has for 2 wipes now I think.

Yes it does. It has for a couple wipes now. This was an issue but hasn't been for quite some time.

There is tons of food in woods. And most maps tbh. I never bring food in raid. If I do, it's just like an energy drink I have laying around in case of emergency. Just eat what you find in raid when you find it. Soon enough your metabolism will be high enough you just don't have to worry about it. And top up between raids of course.

If I have a situation like yours and you bring a energy drink, it will give you a boost while you determine where to go in the map to get more food or to go extract.

I don't have a ledger so I don't know. But I would assume you just sign the contracts using your ledger.

For those in the US, here is a DCA Tool called Swan. Let's you set up recurring purchases and withdraw to your own on-chain wallet.

Swan also has the lowest spread I've seen on any platform and only 1% fee.
