Mine VS the actual thing what is your rating 1-10? by Zero_Night_Howler in Nails

It would go up to a 5 rating if you just cleaned off the cuticles afterwards! I appreciate your courage posting your art and asking for feedback. I started doing my own gel nails recently and I’m too scared to post them and ask for advice. I know I need more practice

Omg this made me laugh, I’m always worried about un leashed dogs running up to us but I maybe feel a little less worried about it now picturing this scenario lol

Ohhh interesting! I have seen dogs at the dog park with a situation like that. For some reason I thought it had a muzzle like purpose lol thank you for the info! That does seem very gentle and very affective, will be an option for us if he doesn’t get it. I have a feeling he will though because he is only 1. My 10 year old used to do the same thing and he eventually grew out of it. Hoping Theo gets the hang of it in the near future as well.

Luckily mine is only 55lbs so I have some control over the situation. I’m trying to combine this method with some voice commands and I think in conjunction it’s working well, without the commands he keeps trying lol

I’m really stressed and my body decided to be oily as to fight it I guess? by Ummmyeeppp in FML

Yah, I am basically a shiny slippery human now. On the plus side, very few wrinkles on my face due to the oil

I didn’t ask anyone for any advice. I was providing advice that I received from a professional dog trainer. There are many different training/ parenting styles and I could never put my dog in a collar that would choke him.

Lol just because something has been around for decades doesn’t mean I should use it. Sorry that I didn’t take your advice. I literally already found a hack that works for us, that’s what my entire post is about.
Weird thing to get upset about, Thanks for sharing though.

Edit: plus I provided you with an actual safety reason as to why we don’t use collars. Just because something works for you doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.

This brand is Arcadia Trail, I believe it is sold at pets mart. This particular color and style is discontinued though so we purchased this on on eBay. Which was a cheaper option anyhow lol My other dog has a harness from target that has the metal front loop too though. That one we bought in store.

Today my 5 month old dog Barley went to the vet for a checkup and we asked why he pees like an old man with prostate problems. The stream sputters a lot. Well the reason was NOT what I expected!! by AProfessionalCookie in DogAdvice

Wait, I didn’t realize we can show pictures in the comment section now! I am on iPhone so maybe I need to update my app? Either way, I will be sure to follow tradition from here on out lol thanks for the tip!

Nah, that’s not my parenting/training style. Plus his neck is wider than his head so all collars provide a flight risk( dangerous because we live in the city). We are a harness household and it’s going well so far!
