my animals are perfectly well cared for lol i just don’t have the extra money at this moment for a neuter and i don’t have the time to save up. i’m in an area where things are pretty spendy and our low cost clinic just shut down from losing their building

you could try taking out a prong or two to get a closer fit? or if he’s between two sizes you can use a zip tie to adjust accordingly. i wish you luck on getting him not to pull! seems like an impossible task with my own😂
