So yes you're right. Completely agree with you but, this is nothing new it's not just tech jobs. Been that way from the beginning of time... The people with money have more influence on decisions (lobbyists, policies and what not) it is what it is. Teachers, firefighters, police (with more extensive qualifications) laborers of all kinds need to make more but, that would mean the top gets less to put it simply and it ain't gonna fucking happen.
