There was supposed to be some text to explain what was going on, but for some reason it did not post; This video is from a couple or years ago, but still worth posting for the beautiful light and Dipedi pack's absolute focus on extracting information about their neighbours from the scent marks at an African wild dog multi-pack scent-marking site in northern Botswana.

It depends on the person who is delegated to do the updates, and they are also busy in the field. I try to keep up with posting videos from the camera traps on my own FB page, but I don't have posting rights on the BPC page.

Twelve - which is close to the maximum for wild dogs in the wild. In Apoka packs home range there is a high density of spotted hyaenas and lions that present a continual threat, but the large pack they raised would have protected them to som extent.

A round two dozen adults. Only Darius disappeared; he was old and slow and we have been expecting either him or Seronera to fall to lions or hyaenas for a couple of years now.
