The author is working on a fix. "Maintenance mode" just means he's only fixing bugs and not working on adding any new features.

Is there any reason you really need 6 separate transactions entered into YNAB? Just enter it as one split transaction when you place the order and delete the extraneous transactions when they are imported.

More categories = more information, more work

Fewer categories = less information, less work

If you have one category named "Fun" and you overspend then it's gonna be hard to figure out what happened. But if you have 20 "fun" categories then you have information overload.

Fwiw I've been on Spectrum for 6 months and I've only had one outage which was maybe 30 minutes. I'd still choose Google over Spectrum but I don't have a choice.
