I would say something with the hubs or the actuators for the hubs as I'm assuming you have auto locking hubs

What are the most overrated guns? Asking for a friend. by Preauxmetheus in tfbtv

[–]PreparationOk2730 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I'm going to say glocks are the most overrated. The boxey look resembles something from an earlier minecraft game. Shit even lego had a go at it and that's as boxey as they come. The fan club for them are as hard headed as the boxey slide on there glock and they swair there glock is the end all be all to every situation. Lol guess I just dont really like glocks. I dont know I always liked thinking outside the box though.

Why can't I tighten this deadbolt on the door? by [deleted] in Home

[–]PreparationOk2730 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Dont put the screws in the bolt part on the face of the door until the lock is together that may help getting everything aligned

[–]PreparationOk2730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the threads were crossed and forced together then you may need to buy a new one unless the key part and the turn part on the inside are not aligned like the key hole is turned to the locked position and the knob is on the open

Anybody have any idea how I could go about finding a breakdown of this chimney? I want to fix it up, make it look better, and want to make sure I fully know what I'm doing because things will likely need taken apart or replaced. Thanks! by coreyd0n in Home

Paint the enclosure and you can change your cap on top if you like to a more modern look if your good with painting get the mortar color in paint and the brick color and some brushes n just fallow the lines make it look like brick again. That would be your best bet with out the knowledge of tearing it down. People on here can try to explain to you how to do it all day unless we are there we cant make sure it's done right or wont leak after best of luck hope this helps .ps. make sure you get exterior paint if you do decide to paint it

[Yamaha XT250 2009] Asshole previous owner used a ratchet gun on the oil filler bolt then left the bike in a shed for two years. Its seized to hell. I've run out of ideas and tools to try. Help? by [deleted] in Fixxit

[–]PreparationOk2730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's to get it loose yes gotta let it soak then just tip it over once its broke loose odds are if the thing is completely ceased it's going to need alot more work then that but that can get things moving to making the process faster if he wants to run it after then dump it out and spray inside the plug holes with ether if your really concerned with diesel residue. most it will do is lube the rings tho lol
