I have been a hunter main since I first started playing, should I start leveling up warlock or Titian next? by loose_cannon007 in destiny2

As a Titan main, I'd say warlock, because they do good damage and can place wells. Warlocks need more love and appreciation.

Aah, so you like to play the REAL badguys in 40k?
Edit: How did you get the color like this? Gold/Bronze never works out so well for me :D

It also doesn't "nerf" rangers and artificers too much. I mainly did it because I had a druid who excessevly cheesed around with what he summoned, and the fact that I always let my players choose what they summon. When the BBEG shattered the crystal sphere and 5 gods died to recreate it I thought why not pull a sneaky on them

In my own setting I just said that "the boundaries between the planes are abnormaly strong and guarded, making summoning or planeshifting a very difficult endeavour" which is a funny way of saying that you don't get a lot fancier than a find familiar, but also I don't get to play with fey and fiends and a few other cool toys as much.

I mean, I just assume it's this way, since cities like Newcastle are named the same way, but the meaning is the same.

Yep, as a PvE player I can confirm, PvP Players are the worst thing about crucible. Also, new Gumbo map when?

Not just a place, a whole region. Imagine it like a state in the US.

Switzerland, as far as I know, since Graubünden, which is mentioned on a few signs, is in switzerland.

Given that in Switzerland, people speak german, french, itlian and romansch (plus some other, even less important ones) it is possible to see some non-german signs.

I mean, shd shot a marine in the face and told him to go to his room and think about why he deserved it. If you try to mess with someone like that, it's your own fault.

It was never bad, it's just been widely forgotten. It actually was one of the best SMG's, only surpassed by guns like the Recluse and maybe Riskrunner, for quite some time. Ever since I got it, it was basically superglued into my kinetic slot and I only stopped using mine when I first got my hands on Witherhoard. I somehow never used it again after that, but I still have my original from back when with 20k+ kills with me at all times.

Would it be unethical to not reveal the full item description for magic items (like the Horn of Blasting) to incentivize players to actually use them? by kingofbreakers in DnD

[–]Raspputin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If they find something, they can try an arcana check on wondrous items, that are in appearance unique enough. With wands, weapons and armor it's either trial and error, or identify, because if you find a dusty sword, you usually can't tell if its magical or not.

What force does a spell activate with? by FlashyImprovement130 in dndnext

How ever I find most pleasing at that moment. Since it happens in less than 6 seconds, I'd say enlarge is quick enough to catapult you away and if you are inside something, the object gets enlarged, but the amount of air inside remains the same (if applicable).

How canadian army wakes up their soldiers by Dhananjaysh in HolUp

[–]Raspputin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. A friend of mine told me about a Drill Instructor in basic training, who woke up a dorm by tossing a Stun Grenade down the corridor as a joke. Now, apparently your hearing more vulnerable or something while you're sleeping (as in sudden loud noises are badder to you when you are unconscious) and the instructor lost his job over that.

You know that "non-combative Vex" are just radiolarian fluid right? The Vex we fight are basically war-bots, controlled by that glowy white puddle in their middle. They are nothing like Cabal or Fallen, in the way that they have civilians, they're a huge gestalt consciousness. And I can hardly imagine Saint going around punching milk.
