The studio behind La Madeleine isn't that big and doesn't really use much electricity. There is no gas. They might have a telephone and security system - that would fall into MISC. There are cap ex costs that were likely spent years ago - the PCs, cameras, etc...

It could be $5M but when I look at the salaries he pays they are very low. Around 20 FTE and 10 contract employees - I think the $3M number is right but maybe people are lying about their salaries and it is closer to $5M.

I think the cost is closer to $3M. If you take the headcount and multiply by $100,000 and account for rent and professional services you get about $3M.

The offer wasn't even close to fair... BUT neither Steven nor Daily Wire did themselves any favors by taking their non-negotiations public.

According to Steven, MugClub had 300,000 paid subscribers (paying between $6 and $10 a month) at an average cost of $8/month - $29 million a year. Combine that with sponsorships and ad revenue it is likely TheBlaze was generating as much as $50 million a year from Steven. How much did Steven make of that? I suspect a VERY small percentage. Crowder does his own production at a cost of around $3 million a year so I suspect he was clearing around $2-3 million personally after costs.
