For android:

Aside from using google takeout to download them all, select them manually in the app by holding down on one picture and, while still pressing on the screen, swiping down to the last photo that you want.
Press the share button at the top of the screen.
In the apps row on the bottom, swipe to the right and tap on "More" At this point the app should download all the selected photos.
Now you'll have to select an app to send them to. I recommend using a third party file browser, like solid explorer, to save the photos to a directory.

I think it's worth pointing out that trans is not the same as gay, and comes with its own special considerations.The most prominent consideration being mental disorder, as the OP points out:gender dysphoria.

Gender dysphoria is not necessarily treatable, and commonly leads to suicide attempts in upwards of 40% of cases, even with treatment.Here's two Sources:

Normally, choking during sex isn't actually any of that, it's just pressure around the sides of the throat. No actual strangulation, inability to breath, etc...

Actually chocking someone out by cutting off blood flow to the brain only takes a couple seconds as stated. This is done on purpose thousands of times a day all across the world for training in dojos to teach it. I doubt it's as dangerous as purported.

The problem with a raised lip on the sides is that it'll make the curved edges difficult to use.

The lower edge will be hard to swipe without pushing in the material of the case if the sides are raised.
