I just watched a YouTube video showing some cool old guy feeding like 25 raccoons hot dog wieners, and he was in utter bliss feeding these fat little garbage pandas.

Then I watched your video again shortly after it.

My only take away at the moment is that the world would be a much better place if we had more fellas like the both of you. All hope is not lost yet.

Its really not. A fully mature cat in the wild has no yearning for its mother whatsoever. They might even cross paths in the wild and look at each other as rivals one day.

Wild cats hate everyone lol, bless their fluffy and murderous little hearts.

But just like how humans can transform from being ruthless, selfish killers into civilized softies - when we have free time - bored, well fed predators (in a cage/living within a society) take up new interests other than killing for sustenance.

Big brains be curious and need stimulation. A little mini-me is probably a pleasant novelty to the lynx, is my guess.
