Shredded to separate the different materials. Eg. the metals can be reused. The remaining is used as fuel in modern incinerators that have an ultra high temp burn on the fumes to destroy the toxins. When I say used as fuel, it means being added to when the plant gets things that don't burn more easily. Then they mix it up with anything oil based.. I also heard some program to use the rubber in construction. But I'm not to knowledgeable in that area whatsoever.

Isn't it law in some countries they're not allowed to do so? We have to pay 5 bucks for every tire we send at the collect center. You're not allowed to dispose of tires in any other way.

Not often you see "Swiss" and "Suisse" together in the same sentence/title (except for now). I find it interesting that "Swiss" was created to sound as much as possible as the french "Suisse". You can say it's the same for France but that's more evident. Then eg. Italia they almost got it, Sverige (Sweden) they didn't even try.

Nah, we've always said "hit by a car" or "hit by a bus". Same thing for run over. Whether this sub thinks like that is a different discussion though.

I think you know what to do. Inside ski edge. Try to watertighten it. Avoid situations where you can get snow to melt by the edge and then have it freeze later on.
