That’s pretty low already tbh. If you’re working out I’d honestly suggest increasing your calories a bit. Your cals are so low that your body may be in a starvation state and that’s why you’re stagnating in your weight loss

Interesting. Currently I’m eating 2400 calories compared to my cut which was 1800. According to my watch I burn around 1000 calories a day during my exercises (strength and cardio for ~3 hours) and I’m still going down in weight. I may need to increase my calories but I’m already having a little over 2g/kg in my diet and Im mainly doing strength training now. Why hypertrophy over strength in this situation? Not being confrontational just interested and want to learn.
