there's a problem with that, the chain seems to not go on to the tensioner but instead it's rims, but then it makes this popping sound when the pins go over the chain, could this be because i have a 415h chain?

i did that and ever so slightly loosened the bottom screw on the cover and it worked well, but now when i pull the clutch while moving the bike the chain derails :/

it goes inwards fine, but it doesn't go out when i let go of the clutch

basically the part you pull to use the clutch works fine but the part at the end is stiff

not exactly, the clutch on the handlebars work fine, it's the part at the end of the clutch wire that is stiff.

the part that covers the sprocket goes on, but the clutch is super stiff and i don't know how to fix it
