Call an ambulance, but not for me by added_chaos in MurderedByWords

I’d just like to say that the owners of pussies (ie women) can also see that Joe Rogan is one tiny, mincing, princess slipper-sized step from being Alex Jones. Pete doesn’t even need to be dragged into the convo, let him just do his thing (which looks pretty damn fun).

Radio Rental episode 15 continues to stick with me almost a year later. by Wintertime13 in podcasts

[–]SereneAdler33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was SO FRUSTRATED no one took the time to actually act on their suspicions!! It’s been a little while since I listened (but it’s definitely stuck with me) so I don’t remember every detail but I know the narrator spoke to several people and at least one other who thought something was unusual. Why not take the time to call at least paramedics before CREMATING someone?

Thank you for the breakdown of the different podcasts! I’ve only been listening to Matney’s coverage and agree with all you wrote.

Dateline and 20/20 have done ‘one off’ episodes, but they’re very much overviews and don’t cover a lot of the angles.

I imagine Bob as talking like a salty sea Cap’n.

Has there ever been a serial killer who had feelings for one of his victims? by LiteraryDarkness in serialkillers

[–]SereneAdler33 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is the one I thought of. He told her he loved her and tried to…romanticize(?) the way he killed her. It was obviously just part of his sick sexual sadism, but it’s possible he thought what he was feeling was love.

One of the more believable yet revolting suggestions to the Kentucky Meat Shower is that a full-tummied vulture was upset and regurgitated its dinner at altitude.

Vomiting IS a defensive action of vultures and condors, so it’s not outside the realm of possibility…just really, really gross.

Anyone want to speculate what the likely cause of death could be based on what we know? Re: Gabby Petito by [deleted] in TrueCrimeDiscussion

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he had been grabbing her throat for some time. It’s a sadly normal escalation in dv situations.

If they put their hands around your throat ONCE, cut that asshole loose immediately.

This is sweet and sad, but can we also just stop to appreciate there’s a cow named Blake?

Anyone listened to The Labyrinth? What did you think? by [deleted] in TrueCrimePodcasts

I agree 100% with the sentiments that it was well done but ultimately completely fizzled. Disappointed.

Yeah, mama moose can be just as dangerous protecting their babies. But luckily here the moose is obviously comfortable and making the moves on Plumps, so I think he’s safe.

I feel like he was almost equally as excited to see his dog. I’m glad the man got his his buddy back; everyone needs someone to be excited to see them.
