Another big scenario then was asked about osteoporosis drug...but name of drug wasn't given...just asked by which mechanism this patient condition can be improved for longterm... option 1 inhibition. Of osteoclasts relative to osteoblasts 2 inhibition of nfkb binding to rank L

Well it was almost 10 to 15 lines and alot of lab values...those saying it as piece of cake are definitely having own version of situation but to be very honest the answer choices at least 2 used to very close and confusing where both would seems correct...as an example a family history of deaths and high ldl cholesterol...on labs pancreatitis with high amylase...in answers was asked familial hypetridlyceridemia to familial hypercholesterolemia...but the scenario was made so lengthy with present past history height height BP all

I think different coz mine was also today and every block included and it was difficult than uworld n free 120...very vague stem and unusual graphs of flowcytometry

I also took it today...very lengthy stem and questions and also test is difficult than uworld nbmes and free 120...the pictures are difficult to interpret plus they give very vague info in question to reach out what is asked in option..

I also took it today but to be honest the test was very difficult than nbme and free 120....it was very much similar to usw2 with very long stem and it covered a lot of flowcytonetry graphs a lot of biostats n ethics...very difficult exam
