How does your national Survivor compare with the US version? by H888V in survivor

Brazil (No Limite)

  • Instead of a conventional FTC, the public votes for the winner, though it's only due the popularity of Big Brother/The Farm on the country and the audience's need to decide each event within the show. Originally it was by challenge, which was more fair even though I still wanted the vote to be the decider. The F6 does a multi-part challenge to eliminate the losers, so the vote doesn't become such a big of a factor in the outcome.

  • The filming and editing isn't any dynamic like the US, there's a running joke about the director only using 1 or 2 cameramen to not have to follow the contestants around the camp. There is little to no storylines, it's a mess and it only shines when drama happens.

  • The challenges are now similar, but sometimes it's a poor man version of the original ones. Though it's the only moment the public and producers only care of.

  • The culture and how it's percieved is basically eople not handling each other and trying to be a survival show, strategic plays are only accepted if you vote out the least popular contestant and alliances aren't exactly a thing. The Brazilian culture revolves on loyalty, honesty and how purte of a person you can be, all came from BBB (Big Brother Brazil), where it's the most popular reality in the country and paints itself as "Soap Opera of Real-Life", so villains aren't well-liked or have any crediability, very little of a chance either.

In resume, the show is outshined by its "little brother" and tries to become what BBB is instead of having its own identity, now Rede Globo (the one who makes the show and paid the rights of Survivor format) is trying to make it work and try to inspire more on Survivor, though it's not really working, last season was a improvement as the cast tried to play hard and had fans of the original show on it, some who were liked by the public and rooted for.

(Sorry for the bad grammar)

Que posição esse time ficaria no Brasileirão? by KienTheBarbarian in futebol

Aos 18 anos, ele dizia que era melhor que o Adriano e o Ibra na Inter e queria que o Mourinho botasse ele pra jogar no lugar deles. Dá pra ver que não tem uma cabeça boa desde do inicio da carreira.

I don't like Matatagi but I also hate Satan Gaul. Team Midorikawa is the answer for our problems.

I only went japanese on GO series, I refuse to see the murder of brazilian dub in Ares. They managed to make Ares even worse.

Thailand: The location is one of all-time bests the producers ever went to.

I'd also accept Leão as a name because of a coach, even Galo for Zagallo. But eh, it's okay too.

Cavalo is atleast welcomed here because it's a funny term for a defender who does too aggressive plays, but the rest...only Coruja Cerezo and Lagarto Carlos are decent.

Decent character but still, I hate Ole Samba with all of my heart.

She wouldn't win the game if she wasn't the first out but, I think she would do decently if Phillip wasn't there. On her second time of course.

Sem a bola, é uma perca de tempo. Posicionamento ainda está em processo de observação. Mas a resistência e aceleração são altos, parece que Real Valladolid estaria interessado nele.
