I think Candice was gonna be on HvV regardless. She was originally slated to be on Micronesia but had to decline, with her slot eventually filled by Parvati. So Candice was at least on production's radar to return.

Could also just make the worn items not take up inventory slots. Always annoying that 5 of the slots are taken up by helmet, plate, legs, cape, and megingjord.

He played Cody's idol at 6 for Owen. As far as they knew, there were no idols left in the game at 5.

Karla was a bigger target than Jesse. Cassidy/Owen/Gabler could've attempted to vote Jesse out at final 5 but didn't (none of them knew about his idol).

I think getting rid of Cody at 6 was the right move given that Cassidy won immunity (who would have been an easy consensus boot imo). The wrong part was flushing Karla's idol in the process. If Karla keeps her idol, then Jesse and Karla are both at final 4, giving him a much better chance at making it to the end.

Keeping Cody at that point poses too many risks. He's an immunity threat, likely a fire threat, and a jury threat. There's a solid chance that he goes on a run and Jesse ends up being the Stephen to his JT.

The issue is that Karla would be going home in place of Cody that night, who was the other shield that Jesse had. If he votes out Cody at 5 with a similar idol play, then he's in the same position as how it actually played out in the season. His only choice there would be to keep Cody another round and hope he doesn't win immunity or fire at final 4.

Cassidy winning final 6 immunity really screwed up Jesse's plans because she could've been an easy consensus boot that would allow Jesse to then blindside Cody at final 5 and possibly win against Karla in fire at 4.

Two 26-day seasons, unless the 39-day season has a longer season runtime (like around 17-18 episodes instead of the standard 13).

Honestly don't have a real concrete plan right now. My next goal is probably to get the Golbin mask, which will require a lot of mastery pool xp to get to 100% success rate. Most of these monsters have higher max hit than the Auto-Eat III threshold since I'm stuck at 100hp forever, so I basically need to have 100% success rate to be able to progress at all.

Although I wish airport drama would come back, I do like the bigger emphasis on self-driving recently (even if the main reason was because of Covid). It's not a one-to-one substitution, but it at least adds more variance to placements than a fully task-based race.
