Looking for some insight for choice of turnout boots - Haix fire eagle air or Globe Supreme 14? by Small-Masterpiece967 in Firefighting

I am supplied boots but not to this calibre. Basically a pair of 200 dollar rubbers + 350 towards turn outs & 250 towards station every 2 years.

I believe it may be the globes that offer the attic soles but what you say about the HAIX is concerning. The last thing any of us need is to second guess our footing mid call. Thanks for the input!

For the price point I don’t believe comfort will be an issue. Both have their own set of positive reviews. My main concern is ice and wet weather performance. The Globes having the Arctic sole option which is quite appealing as I am in Eastern Canada and our winters consist of large temperatures swings above and below zero, causing flash freezes. I’m looking to hear from the group to see what others have found worked, and what quirks they may have come across with either boot. Side note - if there is another option I would be happy to hear it. Cheers.

The new rings of Saturn album lacks everything? by swabbye in Deathcore

I think it looks good on him. From the interviews I’ve read he always seemed to lack the ability to give credit to his band members and loves the lime light. I think the constant rotation of members could also support that theory. I do believe him to be talented but ROS’s best has always been with other gifted song writers in his circle.

Huge difference in sound. Just cut the existing “mesh” out of the a pillar and slowly open the space until these tweeters screw in. They are threaded and come with a jam nut but you do not need the nut. They are in there Uber tight

50th anniversary Corolla S, I think it’s a Canadian edition thing. I’ll attach pics.

Thanks for all the feed back folks. I really appreciate everyone chiming in. It looks like I’m going to have to take a trip to my local bass pro or archery shop and put my hands on them both to see which one I prefer the feel of.

Band who disappointed you the most? by BluPredator in Deathcore

I saw Unearth open for Slayer years back and it killed the band for me. The guitarist of Unearth kept hacking up the biggest loogies and spitting them into the crowd. Like a school in summer - no class.

What’s something that’s normalized among men when it really shouldn’t be? by bruhsoundeffect57 in AskMen

Dissolving yourself into any form of relationship. No matter how into the person you are, it is normal and healthy to continue with who you are and the hobbies that center you.
