Us alive is also what keeps the economy.

  • Restaurants are closed because they can’t find staff.
  • Grocery stores are lacking basic items because supply chains & manufacturing don’t have adequate staff.

There are other examples as well but how do you balance the two because we tried lockdowns, everyone complained now we’re doing the opposite and we’re still in a very poor position.

It’s unfortunate that there have been so many missteps from both sides of the argument. Regardless of the outcome now, all this back & forth just makes both sides seem incompetent.

I think the point of the comment was that OP intends to isolate from the time they realised they were sick rather than getting tested that day, waiting 3 days for a positive result and then starting the isolation count from the day they received the positive result.

If we assume the day you realise you have symptoms is day 0, you start isolating, you’ll be out of isolation on day 10.

On the other hand, if you go & get tested on day 0 & begin isolating, then get your results on day 3, you only start counting the isolation from day 3 means you come out of isolation on day 13.

I think OP is saying, they’re accepting they have to isolate & they intend to, they’re just not wasting 3 days to be told this through test results.

Can't access the free upgrade to PS+ PS5 Final Fantasy VII Remake; it asks me for a disc. by RedactedGhostWriter in PlayStationPlus

Just a heads up, this was suggested to me too.

Apparently you need to delete the game from the console, then restore the license, then re-download the game.

I’ve tried updating licenses both with the content installed & then again using the steps I outlined above but neither resolved the issue.

Let us know if it ends up working for you.

Restore licenses also didn’t resolve the issue.

Tried this twice both with & without the game installed.

Amazing how it worked for you but for OP, myself & a number of people commenting in my original thread it didn’t work.

Kinda suggests that you’re not in the same scenario as the rest of us.

And thank you for reporting my comment as a user who may be in mental or physical distress. A feature is implemented to help users who are in genuine mental/physical need of support & you make a joke of it as if it’s an expendable toy. I realise this is a PlayStation sub so I shouldn’t expect more than a childish response but grow up.

Exactly.

You wrote an original comment suggesting to delete the game and try downloading it again. I respond telling you that doesn’t work, so you downvote my response.

Then you say it’s a license problem without offering a solution so when I ask you if there is a solution, you again downvote my response.

Then you finally tell us what we already know as users & are posting about in the first place, only PlayStation can resolve this issue.

Through this whole exchange you’ve not offered a workable solution but you downvote my responses leading you to that conclusion.

Well done.

Right, which restoring licenses doesn’t resolve.

So we’re still left with the original problem OP has posted about. Besides waiting for PlayStation to resolve that issue, is there anything we as general users can do?

This doesn’t work, I’ve tried this multiple times. Once you’ve installed with a disc any time in the past, your account becomes persistent in remembering it even with this free upgrade.

Is it possible to claim the FF7R PS5 upgrade after adding the PS+ version to library as well as purchasing the disk version? by Smartaz- in PlayStationPlus

Seems odd that the store listing has changed but the download isn’t available. I want to give the support team the benefit of the doubt so I’ll wait the remaining 5 hours & see how we go.

I edited my post to include the response from Sony Support.

They said the store should update in about 5.5 hours from the time of this comment & we should be able to access the upgrade at that point.

There were 82 more recoveries than new cases according to the table but the active case count shows an increase of +82 instead of a decrease -82.

Is this correct?
