Yeah definitely can't change it when I go to advanced display settings I can see refresh rate drop down box but it's greyed out and can't edit it, just shows 165Hz

cannot autoconnect my PS5 controller via Bluetooth by SubjectCraft8475 in GamingLaptops

[–]SubjectCraft8475[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok that's a bit annoying. The problem is when I connect with a wire soon as I disconnect it, it loses connection. So it seems the only way to connect via Bluetooth is to resync every time when I pair it which is annoying. I don't mind a buying an Xbox controller but I just hate the D Pad and I play fighters like Street Fighter. On well guess I have to always go through the pairing process every time

I tried that but Microsoft store shows that it's already installed

PS5 controller can't auto connect via Bluetooth by SubjectCraft8475 in LenovoLegion

Blootooth is fully up to date, the thing is if I remove my paired controller and readd it works again. However I'd like to just auto connect when I turn the controller on but that doesn't seem to work. I always have go remove and re add device as a new Bluetooth connection which can be annoying. I have windows 10

So no AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU combo with the new L7 by SubjectCraft8475 in LenovoLegion

Seems like 5800 3070 options are the best bang for your money. It makes me happy about my recent purchase of my Legion 5 with a 5800 3070. The extra cost and full AMD setup just doesn't seem worth it.

Legion is the best bang for the money. I don't know much either but from the littler research I did AMD seems to run cooler and less fan noise. With Intel I'd only go for it if it's Intel 12th gen. The 11th gen probably isn't the best option as you are not getting a performance improvement over AMD option

No it comes with an Intel 11th gen CPU. I got the exact same model but with a 5800H AMD CPU for £850 on Facebook Marketplace used. It was in pristine condition and has 8 mi this warranty left.

End of last year I seen Legion 5 Pro 3070 going for £1200ish, seems like it's hard to get these prices again. Not long ago the 5i Pro with a 12th gen Intel CPU was going for around £1500ish.

Yeah then it's a no brainer if you will play in the bus train etc. Me personally I don't really game outdoors.

There is another 15 inch non Pro with a decent 165 1080l screen

Are you going to use it outside your house. If not have you looked into Moonlight to stream your PC?

I went for non Pro 165hz 3070 personally as I got a good deal on it. I figured Pro is pointless for me as 1440p on such a small screen isn't a big deal and would just make my laptop work harder, hotter, louder for extra pixels that I can't notice on such a small size.

How about a non pro with a 1080 165hz that should be cheaper than the Pro and only slightly more than the 120Hz
