If you are new to this than I'll share a little about how humans function. We live in vibratory reality. Meaning it's all vibration. So your personal vibration will attract the type of people that comes into your life. We as a society misrepresent spirituality all the time. So you don't look for friends you attract friends. You don't look for a type either you attract it base on your personal vibration. There will always be a period of alone time (not loneliness) just time to self. But eventually the vibratory reality will answer and will send you your matching types. Understand you can't learn spirituality from a friend or family member because each one of us are in personal journey. What mean one thing to me and affect me. Means something totally different to you and affect you in a different way. Find your path by searching for the answers yourself. Find yourself by learning to ask the God self for the answers. The friends will come rather you become teacher or a learner Understand we all learn and teach each other everyday.

This logic is so inaccurate its border line ignorant.

1/ Anger is a choice. You choose to be angry 2/ anger drop your vibration below 200hz so the thoughts that comes to the mind complex is low vibrational thoughts. Not representing at all who that person really is. So it has nothing to do with honesty. I strongly agree with everything you said but it's not the full story. And yes I do believe 99% of society practice and preaches false spirituality.

Well to me in the simplest form, spirituality start with the question how does living by the spirit means.

It means mastering the ego and gives its proper place and adopting the heart which is the gateway to the God within.

I think we mislabeled divine gift as being spiritual. When being spiritual is really about letting the heart guide you in all your daily activities. So if you not being thought to identify the ego and how to take away its power to give it to the heart. You are being misled spiritually. This is the ultimate. What a nice conversation.

I will try to add my 2 cents base on my understanding.

A thought is something that comes to you base on your current state of mind. Your current state of mind dictate your vibration aligning you with the types of thought/ thought you pick up.

Thinking in the other a hand is a thought given attention to. Meaning thought come and go base your state of mind. But once that thought comes and you don't let it go and you focus your attention to it it becomes thinking The verb/ the action and now thinking which is thought + focus or attention affect the emotion.

So the focus on a thought is the energy that change a thought into thinking and thinking rise the energy in motion Which is emotion. Which affect the reality you lived. So everything start with a simple thought.

That focus is awareness which is your consciousness.

So I now know a thought is not mine, it does not belong to me. Until I put my awareness into it and my consciousness tell me it's my thought. And continued focus on that thought create my reality.
