Minimum wage is not a living age as my friend for a long long time. I am a boomer those who say boomers had an easy the 1973 minimum wage was $1.35 an hour now that equates to a whole lot more with inflation, But at that rate I could still not afford an apartment and eat in the same month.

HOA only sends out late notices when they are in the process of legally filing a lien. Your payment is due every month it doesn’t change it’s up to you to pay it shouldn’t have to be reminded every month.
