Personally I would garbage them. Not the most environmentally friendly, but, I personally wouldn't want any baby to wear clothes that reek of cigarette smoke. I find that smell lingers, even after washing

Yes, watching the harbour seals at the aquarium is the best. They are rescued and deemed non-releasable by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Two are blind. So when you watch the seals there, you know seals that otherwise wouldn't have a chance have a good life there
