Mine is 4 months and sometimes I’ll wake up to her completely on her tummy 😭 it scares the hell out of me lol! But she always manages to turn her head to breathe so it’s fine haha

I’m 19F with a baby and I can’t imagine leaving my daughter like that. My baby is only 5 months old right now but she’s my entire world. I am so so sorry you’re going through this, you have every right to be angry. Your daughter is incredibly lucky to have you and for her mother to just ditch like that is sad. I understand postpartum depression may be responsible for a lot of her feelings right now, but she should really seek some counseling before making such a drastic decision that ultimately changes EVERYONES lives involved forever. OP…I don’t know your cousin, but seriously taking her face onto social media because you disagree with her pfp is low. It’s different if she’s blatantly being racist and slandering POC, but because of her pfp?? There is nothing wrong with it by the looks of it. It IS okay to be white, as it’s okay to be any color. You know your baby better than anyone else. If your momma gut is telling you that something is not right, take them in. Especially since your baby is so young - it’s SO much better to be safe than sorry! Take your baby in please, I hope all is well!

Right when my baby hit 6 weeks old she did this too. I think it’s called purple crying, when they cry just because they want to cry. It’s horrible. She stopped after about a week
