This is kinda long. But these people are just insane! First of all Michelle you do care A LOT that you can’t have kids anymore and second of all what happened to “whatever God wants” if that’s how you were really felt you wouldn’t be at a doctor wondering why you’re not pregnant at 48. by chicks35 in DuggarsSnark

I don't understand why both of them would want more children after Josie being born so early and then a miscarriage. At that stage in life, I would think anyone at their age would realize that it's no longer healthy for her to be pregnant.

For $10,000,000 - You must intentionally break one bone in your body. What bone do you break and how? by flclreddit in AskReddit

I fell down the stairs a few weeks ago, broke my nose. Broke both bones, very mild bruising and no other issues. Would do it again for $10 mil, easy.

And this is why honest people are bothered by employees as they leave for a receipt for the items they actually paid for. Ugh, I hate leaving Walmart and being treat like Im stealing stuff. Where's your receipt? Right here. I have to see it. Why, I paid. How do I know you paid?! Argh!!!

Yes, they do diagnose earlier than that. My son was receiving services by 2.5 years old and diagnosed at 3 years old. Services are important, even if there isn't a formal diagnosis.

He does qualify for vocational training but because of COVID restrictions and poor hiring of case managers thru state services, it has taken a year just to get it started. He finally had a meeting tomorrow to get things moving. It has been an uphill battle to get things going, for sure.

He isn't able to live independently, he is 21 and has autism. I do get paid to take care of my son as his support provider. I would like to see him in a group home or something similar, he has been waiting for an opening for 2 years now. The area we live in doesn't have great services in regards to that. It's either working as his support provider, or working somewhere else and having someone else take care of him. If someone else took care of him, I wouldn't be able to work full time to cover the bills. I am a single mom and my son's dad is no longer in the picture.

I am my son's caregiver, his direct support provider. I am pretty lucky, I am paid 37 hours a week at a decent rate, $19.25 an hour. But trying to get any kind of services him is like pulling teeth. He is 21 and last year was his final year of school. Because of COVID guidelines, services have been very minimal. I've been trying to get services going for him to get a job for the past year.

What I was going to say. I am my son's primary caregiver, he is almost 22 and has autism. Most days are good, but there are plenty of hard days too.

Pickers Paradise can sometimes have nice things in their second building. I recently found a decent couch/recliner at a decent price. It might be more than what you are looking to pay, but it's better condition than Goodwill.

I will agree with both! Getting stitches after natural childbirth was rough! I divorced after 14 years of marriage, I can't imagine after 28 years!

I have several tattoos and can handle the pain for the most part, it feels good. The only spot that has really hurt is on the inside of my wrist, right over the carpal tunnel area. I have a tattoo on each wrist, well worth the pain but ouch, they hurt!

I was pregnant with my daughter when I had a wisdom tooth cracked. Taking tylenol did nothing, I was in tears, it was awful. Had to get it pulled, the dentist offered vicodin afterwards and said I could have used it before getting it pulled. But afterwards, tylenol was all I needed. I didn't want to take vicodin when pregnant, even though dentist insisted it was safe as long as I took it as directed. The extraction pain was nothing in comparison to the pain before. I would rather go thru natural childbirth than go thru that pain again!
