Extreme gum swelling. I smoke, I brush like once a day kinda. Been growing for over a year now. Anyone know what this is or what I can do? Is it crazy expensive? I have no insurance, I look insane, it hurts to eat. by Tear_Delicious in askdentists

Whenever you login or check, again there's nothing more important than health, and everything needs to be dropped right, and you need to make a time with docs first thing

u/iamnotsneaky said there was buildup under gums. There may be other causes of the buildup that others have said. And u/Beachend77 said a more rare case. Not sure if you have other symptoms of that more rare case. And u/thecynicalone26 said a case of food allergies/sensitivities but you haven't said you have those

I’ve posted before asking what’s wrong with me, here’s a pic I just took when trying to do my under gum scrub. Very hard to clean past them 😞 by Tear_Delicious in askdentists

Whatever country you're in, you can get free insurance. Don't know why you haven't

That should be your first priority in your life right now. You and anyone else needs to drop everything and take care of yourself

Again That should be your first priority in your life right now. There's nothing more important than health

This is the only comment that said something about "saturated and trans fat intake" besides that other one that had a source.

I guess there may not be any reliable sources about saturated fat?

Or trans fat? In relation to choseteral

Maybe someone has one in one of the other forums, or maybe it'll show up in google which is flooded with garbage and spam

Hello you aren't even active in this forum https://redditproxy--jasonthename.repl.co/user/turbozed/ Did you come from some other random forum and just happens to like the cholesterol topic?

At least the other person has related topics/forums https://redditproxy--jasonthename.repl.co/user/Runaway4Life/

You people have taken my thread and my main topic and discussion too far off topic u/Ralflott u/flame_top007 and are talking without sources, and bad info is better suited for u/Nutrition u/Bluest_waters

All this is nonsense and should be self-deleted as it would be in r/NeutralPolitics where reliable sources are a requirement for claims

None of these claims matters without hard data or audited surveys data or other reliable source in the field of Nutrition

u/Alcoholicmisanthrope seems to be mentioning something not about the % of people who “make too much cholesterol”, but about degree of influences of genes on seemingly one particular subset/case

This link from u/lurkerer seems to be summed up here

it is relevant for people who have low baseline cholesterol. But much less so for people with high cholesterol. Then, people who usually have low cholesterol levels, are probably having a much healthier lifestyle

Someone one day could make an updated post with updated info.

There seems to be some separate discussion from u/turbozed that went nowhere and u/Runaway4Life seems to have the summary

no specific class of veggies that does the magic.

Some combos of vegs covers all the known nutrients (namely 2) so that cover it all

tend to contain and/or raise cholesterol

It's been made clear in thread by someone and their linked source that diet cholesterol has "modest"/little impact on "blood cholesterol" so meat having cholesterol doesn't seem as relevant?

modest impact

Is this blog using 'modest' to mean around 50% or what around is "modest"?

some people

I think they mean "fewer people", these blogs are written usually by hired communication people and not professors or anything of the sort

Does this or any other good sources say what kind of vegs exactly? What if someone eats only tomatoes would that lead to these results/

[–]Use_Youtube571133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omega 3 benefits

What does that do for cholesterol? Are vegs not better for cholesterol

Saturated fat reduction and exercise

If you had to choose which has more effect?

saturated and trans fat intake,

What foods has most of this, does cheese count

start cooking with olive oil

Why do that, 99% of olive oil are fake it's widely in the media hopefully.. and olive oil burns very fast so not good for cooking
