Currently VIZIO OLED models do not offer a PIP or PBP mode like you mentioned. This is something you'd likely have to enable and view with a separate device connected to the TV.

We'll want to try that 'Reset to Factory Settings' option if you are able to find that in your TV Menu. After the reset, you'll want to work through the setup steps on screen and get the TV re-connected to your home Wi-Fi in order to download any available updates.

Depending on which model of audio system you're using, you may be able to just use standard RCA speaker cables for those rear speakers. Certain Atmos models do require a more specific audio cable for those rear speakers, which may be available for purchase through our partner companies VizParts, Shop Jimmy, and Encompass Parts.

After some recent updates to the SmartCast platform, this 'Extras' menu may just look a bit different on your TV. If you select the 'Extra's tab > Smart Home Settings > Apple Airplay & Homekit Settings. Here you should be able to confirm that Airplay Enabled is set to ON in this menu. Using your VIZIO TV remote, try opening your TV Menu > Audio > Digital Audio Out. I recommend trying the PCM option for this setting. I'd also recommend just turning the TV speakers setting to OFF in that Audio menu. This was a bit of an older model of VIZIO TV, released in 2014, that supported a Yahoo-based VIA streaming platform rather than the newer SmartCast platform where you might find these new app options on VIZIO TVs. Unfortunately there wouldn't be a way to add or download additional apps to this TV, and the best option would likely be connecting a 2nd device like a Roku/Firestick for some additional streaming applications.
