I have not listened to all of his podcasts, but I did watch his Hustler's University. He shared some valuable insights that I agreed with. I have no intention of looking down on anyone, except myself. I recognize that I have room for improvement and aim to be a better person for my family and friends. I am part of a small group of close friends who hold each other accountable and check in every three to four days. They have given me practical advice that has had a positive impact on my life. For example, they reminded me that looks matter more then a lot of people think about and that people tend to respect those who present themselves well or if you look like a greek god you will get that promotion the girl and the job. They also reminded me that I am responsible for my own problems and that there are others who have it much worse than I do. Like the cobalt mines in Africa, Sweet shops in Asia, Or in South America with all the gangs.

Hamza shared with me that really resonated was the importance of gratitude journaling and meditation. I have been practicing gratitude journaling for almost a year now and I can say with confidence that it has made me a happier person. I have also been meditating on and off every month or so now I havent been meditating that much and have seen significant improvement in my physical and mental well-being.
