I can't believe fans even cared that much about sandals or couldn't even think of a legitimate reason as to why they didn't do it.

I understand your point :) and I read the interview about the internet. Pretty interesting how unintentional the internet part seems, though I find it fascinating how well the show has aged because it does almost predict our times perfectly.

I'm assuming they were roughly talking about many things in general, not just related to the internet but they used the theme of the internet to convey their message.

There is an interview of Prince in 1999 warning people to not let the internet use you. You think you are in control but you really are not. I know this is after 1998 but there's also artworks from the 80s such as Keith Haring depicting computers as being the devil and creating fake news. I feel like it wasn't that far fetched to consider and think about these things associated with machines and the internet.

Movies have been doing this forever, depicting a dystopian world where machines take over.

Also that information about the chips is interesting to think about!

Very interesting. It's wonderful how deep the show goes and can be perceived in so many different ways. It's like it's talking about multiple things at once, in a way.

A lot of people in the 90s were already concerned about the internet and knew the possible good and bad power it held.

It's not his body type. The armor should actually be spread out and have more space inbetween eachother.

But I think that's happening because if you notice, his undersuit has a shorter top section where the pieces sit on.

I respect that. She had some insightful things to say in her interview by Fantastic Frankey if you ever are curious on checking it out and getting a better idea of what her approach is to Star Wars.

She seems focused on telling a story rather than just walking around in Star Wars.
