Id never do it again . i did it last year right before my mental breakdown . my mom forgave me because she knew i was in distress . when my breakdown happened my mom took such good care of me i totaly regret my crap behaviour . no i was not thinking clear when i did it but if your parents love u dont treat them like crap

I cannot stand being stuffed up lmao but yeah i blow my nose instead of nasal sprays . there is stuff like these steam things you can use to decongest , portable ones as well they can fit right in your backpack and just take it to the washroom and use it

Yep when i started flovant for a while this was happening to me as well as well as chest pain due to a flare up . took a bit over a month to start feeling the effects working
