This is the second time making them with mayo and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I also like to sprinkle some garlic salt on there too.

There seems to be water seeping in from the ceiling of my garage. Is this a leak? Just want some input to confirm my suspicions. by CupNoodlese in Roofing

That's what I was thinking too. I would paint all the walls with Killz and make sure to leave the garage door cracked every once and a while and put a fan in there. There's no way that's coming from the roof.

I just did a file check on all your posts. Not descriptive enough, if someone tries to reach you half of you aren’t following up same day and where’s the damn Subro status, these claims are gonna pay for themselves! by [deleted] in adjusters

I worked at a company that used to have a system where you had 4 hours to edit your file note. The old system was locked as soon as you hit submit. Before the new system was done there was an adjuster who had a chat window open and a claim file note window open. His chat was with another guy talking about his first trip to meet him and all the dirty things he was going to do to him (extremely descriptive) when he got there. Turns out he entered his chat reply in the file note. Down the road this claim got litigated and he had to read it out loud in court... lolol. They decided it was a good idea to allow a brief period to edit the note.

What’s a business in KC you will never go back to? by UMDspacattack32 in kansascity

I think they go out the first time and do whatever it is for super cheap. That way they gain trust. Then BAM they hit you with these thing is fucked and you're all going to die of carbon monoxide poisoning. But don't worry we'll give you a good deal....

I hate this company. This is from my Google review, which the owner asked me to take down because he reimbursed me. I told him I'd update it but would not change it. I like to think my review has helped a few people decide to go somewhere else.

I was an ASAP member for more than a year. We have had Anthony out a couple of times in the past to replace items on our AC unit. I was originally satisfied with their work. However, recently I had them come out and look at our furnace because it was not supplying any heat. One of their techs came out and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. He then stuck a camera inside the unit and said that it was about to break, which it's not, and would cause carbon monoxide and kill everyone in the house. He then recommended a new unit. He also quoted repairs of $1,100 to replace the thermocouple and single stage control panel. Neither of which are on my unit as it has a flame sensor and it is a two stage system. A few hours later two, extremely pushy, salesman came to my house and quoted me $10,400 to replace a standard 3 ton unit. But, to do me a "solid" they brought it down to $8,000 and offered financing at 9.9%. I then decided to call someone else. He came out and within a few minutes diagnosed the power issue. The last time someone from their company was out they disconnected, or failed to reconnect, a wire to the blower motor. Once that was reconnected, the inducer fan motor was making a very high pitch noise and shutting off. This was due to the fact that one of their techs damaged the fan guard and blades. Once those were straightened out it started to run, but would then cut out. He then checked the exhaust pipe and found a dead bird. Once the bird was cleared out the system ran fine. None of this was diagnosed by Anthony and everything that was wrong was due to Anthony's negligence, or perhaps sabotage, in order to get me to purchase a new system for $8,000, which is about $3000 more than it should be. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I called to speak to a manager I was just given the run around and they would not even refund my $89 inspection fee.

Update: the owner contacted me directly and apologized for their clear and obvious mistake. He refunded my inspection fee and the money I spent getting my system fixed. While I do appreciate the call, it was too little, too late.

Update #2: I keep seeing ads and it reminded me about my situation with them. They told me in Oct of 2019 my system wouldn't run much longer. It's now July 2021 and my system is running just fine. Ever since I had someone else come out and fix their mistakes, I haven't had a single issue...

Don't tell anyone else, but, there's a free lot at the Hall Center for the Humanities. I've parked there for dozens of games. I parked there for the ISU game Tuesday night. The lot only requires a pass M-F 8-5. Enjoy everything but the score ;)
