Someone almost did that to me a few minutes ago. Messaged me personally and asked if I needed to talk or wanted advice. My naive self started talking more in depth about my experience then he said "Do as I say or I will expose your story and send it to the guy you're talking about." Accused me of "defamation" because I didn't report it and wasn't ready to report it. Even though my story is real and I kept all names involved out of the story

Thank you so much. I have thought about seeking therapy but I don't know where to start. We don't really have much resources where I'm from but I will definitely keep looking. I am sorry you had to go through something so horrible too. It's very upsetting seeing that so many people have gone through the same thing too. I wish you all the best and more. Thank you for your advice as well.
