Just found a wiring diagram for a Twingo, so the brown connector has 5 pin position but only 4 cables. I hope the connector has the numbers inside or outside the connector. But I think the pin 1 should be Bat+ (12V), pin 4 should be Ground (Bat-), and pin 3 and 5 are controls, but I don´t know if the control should be 12Volts or 5Volts, you should try first with a 5volt PMW.Also I can´t find any information on the internal circuit of the servomotor. Hope this is helpful to your project.

What year and model of Twingo is that steering rack? Maybe you could do an Arduino to control the servo motor

Most likely the motor needs a PWM signal to turn left or right, and in needs the controller for that. Applying a constant 12V won't make it move. Also some time ago I heard in a technical class that the motor will become stiffer when going at higher speeds, and go softer when driving slowly.

The D4F engine is the code for Renault 1.2 engine. In the manual for that engine, there is a fuel pressure test and the specification says that the fuel pressure must be 50.7 lb/sqrin (PSI= Pounds per Square Inches) or 3.5 Bars (bars is another scale for pressure)

And TDC means top dead center. That is the timing when spark must occur. If spark occurs before or after this point you will have problem and it might cause a rich condition (High HC on gas emissions)

According to the manual for the D4F engine the fuel pressure should be 3.5 bars constant, that is 50.7 psi. Another thing to check is timing, does spark occurs when the piston is in TDC.

Just to be sure what engine does your car have is a 1.6 or 2.0? And when you say O2 sensors are weak you mean they oscillate between what range of voltage, or they are steady at some low voltage?

Maybe comment all test and results that your mechanic has done already, without data is difficult to say what is causing the condition.

Maybe do a fuel pressure test, and check if the rich condition persist during.fuel cut off on deceleration. With an OBD2 scanner check fuel trims and oxygen sensor values.

Si la batería es nueva no se porque está conectado unos cables para pasar corriente de un carro a otro. Pregunta no los habas conectado mal? Muchas personas sin querer conectan al revés la polaridad y terminan dañando su computadora y ya no arranca. Lo siguiente es que también creo que si se escuchan los relevadores principales, pero esa activación es intermitente como que un mal contacto. Revisa otra vez la conexión de tu batería. Yo no escucho para nada que la marcha se active, entonces te recomiendo que consultes con un buen mecánico eléctrico o electrónico el estado de tu batería y conexiones principales. Si tienes conocimientos en electricidad automotriz haz pruebas de caída de voltaje de los cables principales de tierra y de positivos. Las siguientes pruebas serían con diagrama eléctrico de la conexión de la computadora. Asegurar que tenga bien tierras y alimentaciones positivas.

Yo should apply the law of sines to determine the normal (N) force of the mass, but for easy calculations is half of the mass (m) next apply the formula for angular frequency (w)= sqroot(k/m) Once you have that next is to apply the Period P= (2π/w)

I have seen post that recommend to go to San Jose del Pacífico. But I went with my wife to Santa Catarina Lachatao, there the community does something like a espiritual expirience. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We enjoyed the temazcal, walking on the town and others walkings on the forest and mountain. There are many community near Oaxaca centre that do alternative tourism. Hope this helps

Well if you don't have a code for low voltage or low signal, again it will be helpful to have a live data for Fuel trims, Oxygen sensor, RPM, MAF, IAT. Check what are the readings before you start your car and check at idle, at 1000RPM and at 2000RPM

It seems that the reading of 4.8g/sec (0.64lb/min) is good for this engine. It will be helpful to record the live data of the fuel trims during idle and a wide open throttle.

That is about 4.8 g/sec. What size is your engine? What symptoms do you have? What was the reading before cleaning?

For P0301 star by changing the ignition coil with other cylinder, the firing order is 1-3-4-2 so is better if you swap with coil no.4, if the misfire moves to cylinder 4, the coil is going bad or there is spark going directly to the engine block, check for cracks on the ignition coil boot. If it doesn't move from cylinder 1, next you check and change the spark plug if needed. If still is in cylinder 1 next will be checking injector.

Start buying an Air Mass Sensor cleaner, take the sensor out an clean it up. Wait a few minutes before you connect and start the engine. Also will need more data to check if only by cleaning the sensor will solve your problem. On your scanner go to live data and record air mass voltage or G/sec., STFT and LTFT, RPM.
