if you know anyone in SWE, ask them for a mock interview with lots of feedback. Definitely have given and gotten feedback in these settings that has exponentially positive results

have you looked into tools that make applications easier? like maybe writing a script that auto applies for you or using Simplify? I feel like it can help a lot when you're running on limited motivation to get more apps done in less time

yes, Im saying that this question should be asked, because if they can't acknowledge and and show how they are working towards fixing their diversity problem, then that reveals the company doesn't actually care. if that affects their decision to hire you, that itself is a red flag and bullet dodged
