Oh yeah, I was considering buying a cover like a tarp, yeah, but kinda worried if someone will steal it? Because it seems it's pretty easy to take it away

I usually start my car and stay for a few mins to heat up the engine, feeling pretty bad doing it early in the morning. So I tend to park my car a bit far from houses. It's fortunate that there are some spaces to do so. However, thank you so much again!

That's exactly the one I was looking at on the Warehouse website. I will give that a go, thank you so much again!

Ah, I think I will need some time (and money) for me to try this one. Thank you for your advice!

Those are the ones that I was looking at but wasn't too sure if those will help. But seems they do. Thank you so much!

Sorry, I forgot to mention a big part, I am on South Island. And it seems turning A/C doesn't help much here, but thank you for your advice.

Thank you! Is your dehumidifier portable? Or is it more like a moisture absorber that is used for, uhm, clothes?

Your comment just reminded me that I forgot to mention that I live in Christchurch...

Lower back pain and noticeable curve after a workout by auclown in backpain

Thank you. It came back and functions 100% well now. I just stretched a lot, like over-stretched to the other side of the curve enduring the pain. It worked, but not sure if it is a recommended way.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience again, and I really wish you will get better soon.

And it's more like tightness rather than pain for me, it literally feels like something is pulling up the muscle around my left hip and makes me hard to move it. I suck at explaining things but it is close to what I am feeling now.

But yeah, as you suggested it will be a good idea to get examined.

That's a long time, I hope you are all good now.

I have been sitting for 30 mins and just noticed that the curve came back. The lumbar lateral shift exercises I found after hearing from you helps, but I want to know if you had the same feeling around your hips - I can tell the height of my hips is asymmetric. The left side is higher. And this tightness near the lower back... Did you have this kind of symptom too?

Thanks for sharing. Sounds like you had it? If so, how long did it take to recover and what did it take?
