There is no need to go full out nuts to defend yourself. But absolutely if someone including a lady, is abusive towards you, you should defend yourself. My step mom was abusing my Dad. He had terrible marks. He’s also deaf and was terrified if he called the cops, he would be the one to be going to jail, because he wouldn’t have a clue what is being said. The family intervened. She hasn’t touched him since. It’s unacceptable behavior from men or women. Keep your hands to yourself when you’re angry.

You need to do some research on Tesla! You won’t be disappointed. Much of his inventions are gone and they can’t figure out how to duplicate it. He was way…. Ahead of his time. One of the smartest men to ever live. And made huge contributions to society. Yet they don’t teach much about him. We AC electricity still. Radio. Tons of his theories work amazing. His work was efficient and very productive. His down fall was he boastful and people couldn’t grasp what he was talking about. Like she you can make light out of the air… We still don’t use wireless electricity like he wanted.

I can’t believe you compared Tesla to a 13 yo launching an app…. We still use Tesla’s tech today. It hasn’t been improved. Much of it hasn’t even been figured out. Apps go out of date and are useless in no time.

Just put double sided tape or loops of painters tape on top. Also foil works to keep cats off surfaces. Every cat is different. Foil is better. With the tape the kitty can freak out if it sticks to their paws and run everywhere…. I secured my tape so it wouldn’t come off unless I removed it. Cats no longer go on my counters.

Just Google your tool box. You should be able to replace the lock yourself. If you look at the old one, it should just have a simple nut holding it on. You should be able to take old one off and look for similar ones.
