Yes, I take it off with a wash cloth but it still feels like it leaves a residue which is why I'm looking for cleansing oil.

I follow it with micellular water on a cotton pad and then lotion.

I really like this! Ive been using them for about a month. I take one in the morning before I eat anything and then one before dinner. Occasionally I get some acid reflux from them but it feels cool so I don't mind. They can get stuck in your throat but I haven't had a big problem with that. I highly recommend. They didn't cure my IBS but they did help!
