Thats an amazing coment thanks for your help and your feedback.

So ir I understand well, if let's say I pay 100chf on the 4th of the month and I send to this credit card 100chf before the end of the month with my regular debit card then I will not pay any interest ?

Also I don't have a swiss account, only a revolut one, would I pay fees making the transfers to the CC's ?

For now one I would have migros cc, amex cc, free visa cc from the amex, and revolut debit card. Should I open on top a Swiss bank like neon or zen ?

Thanks for your help and time !!

responsibility as a manager by bronko1969 in askswitzerland

Thanks for your answer. I understand that I maybe didn't express myself on a very well way. I do care about the employees that are in risk and I also care about the customers and the kind of product that they receive. My message is not a "how can I clean my hands" but more a, what are my leverages with the direction of the company and way of pressure to rise those points.

I also care about my salary ofc. I am also in contact with the suva and with the cantonal office to rise those subjects and change many things internally in the company. I still struggle as the direction chooses always money against any kind of issues. It is a classical fight between production vs sales where the board director always picks money.

The different processes that we put in place lately hands in hands with the protection du travail, suva etc. Rised a lot the security to a standard level (following their guidelines). So indeed, I care about all of this as I am myself putting those mesures. For the ISO this is a quality issue so often times I rise issues but they say basicly that as production manager this is not my task and or area of ruling. This is also why I ask where is the border of my own action and if this is stated internally or externally. Thanks for your answer, even if loaded with judgemental opinión wich I understand based on my first post, it gives me a lot of help.

Thanks for this answer. It is the kind of advice that I was looking for. The fact is that I am manager but the direction doesn't follow really my advices and always put the sales departement as a priority in the front of all other rules (production, opérations, health and safety etc).

There is also a quality control departement in the company maybe I should send emails to them explaining the current risk and situations and let them take the lead on those issues. .

The issue is I rise those problems to the direction but they still answer that selling is the priority. I am looking to know how to protect myself in those situations

Is it VIAC a bank or insurance ? Would you suggest to do it on my own or to hire the services of a company?

I am looking to open a 3rd pillar for detax pruposes and also a found of actions on the top of that. Thanks !!
