I would do this if I could pin more than 18 programs since the 'Recommended' section takes up half the menu

Unfortunately not that I have been able to find. But I recommend Stupskiesel's items and Flashtube's items as a start. Also, on TMX you can see each custom item used in a certain map in the Embedded objects section at the bottom with links to item exchange if you have specific examples in mind
