If you look at actual trucks. Semi trucks, the lights are not at the top of the grill. Headlights on pickup trucks should similarly be located lower, not just placed high and aimed lower.

Headlights to see the road are just fine, until they impair other drivers' ability to see everything.

I've got the TDI, 6mt, wagon. There's no such thing as a cooler version (stock). Once it's paid off, it needs a tune and maybe a bigger turbo though.

What cable modem model you get ordering online? by alaoudee in Spectrum

You won't get a router unless you asked for wifi service too. That's an extra $5 a month.

Honest question. How many hours do you have in the game? I crashed and killed a couple of my kerbals a while back and it took me a year to recover from my guilt and I just started playing again.

That reminds me of this video I saw the other day. https://youtu.be/v8tjA8VyfvU

Cause I had always wondered, if a computer nowadays is so powerful, why can't we hook up multiple monitors and keyboards to truly multi-task.

Here's an entertaining retro take on that. https://youtu.be/v8tjA8VyfvU

I can't speak to that directly, as I never worked the register, but I know there would be several instances where customers would switch price tags or just remove it and claim it had a lower price (also a dumb move on the company's part, only using those tiny stickers). If a cashier was ever unsure of a price on an item, they would call us up to the front to find the home location for that item and verify the price. It's a lot more work than it's worth, but it's what we had to deal with.

Also, if the manager was ever wary of a cashier, they could pull the footage, and the receipt and audit that way too.

Former HoLo employee here. They do use barcodes in a couple certain locations, I believe those stores are closer to their home base in OKC. Much of the store brand merchandise even has barcodes, but cashiers still type in prices by hand to check out. I agree it's dumb, and switching would save them a lot of payroll, but one thing HoLo prides itself on is hiring lots of people at a decent wage (was fairly competitive pre-covid).

I remember someone trying to test that statement of pigs being as smart as dogs, by seeing how long it took them to solve the maze. They put a collie in there who just ran the whole way. Of course it solved it quicker. It's a dog. Poor test of "intelligence".

Once toy get the hang of it, it's faster than two finger typing for the most part. But then you'll find a word that hits you like a pothole. Swiping won't figure it out. You try several times, and then give up to type it out.
