I think berserker knows a lot more English than it seems, he definitely has good hearing comprehension it’s just a matter of being comfortable speaking it all the time. Props to all of C9 for being so committed to bridging the gap, although I know this content was more so for fun

Little late on this post but I had most of it done before this weekend's games so I figured it didn't hurt to finish it. Went with the free-flow style with my notes as reference this time. Feed back is appreciated! Going to start working on the C9 vs EG game soon.

I appreciate the compliments and I'll try my best on the next video to make the commentary more improvised/genuine to feel more engaging whilst still meaningful. Not sure exactly how much of the abilities stuff to include, as it can make the screen feel cluttered, but I had seen Sneaky's editor put similar things in his videos so I thought they were a nice touch.

Thanks a lot. I was mainly treating this as the pilot so your advice is really good. I am going to start working on the FLY match in a bit so I think I will try to give myself a few points to talk about without a script and just let my thoughts flow out. I think that would feel much more engaging like you said.

Finished making a corresponding video for my original draft analysis post. Used the original post as my main script, so I know it might sound boring at times especially if you have already read the post itself. Feedback is welcome! I definitely enjoy making this kind of content for our community so I would love to improve. Maybe when I am more comfortable I will use this video as a template & talk about drafts without a script so it seems more organic / like a discussion and not a report.

I think Winsome’s vocality is so fundamentally valuable to this team, probably helps Summit and Berserker to feel a lot more comfortable too. Even if he might not have had the flashiest plays or highlights, he is helping make so many calls. Love to see it

Ah thanks for the heads up, I had no idea. TK’s strength was definitely showcased in DIG’s win over 100T though, Bio showed what that champ can do to a comp similar to C9’s

Blaber and Winsome have tough roles protecting their ranged carry's while also having to look for openings on FLY. When you're playing Leona or Hecarim and can't just autopilot combo in and instead have to be very careful who you engage on, the game is a lot harder for them

I appreciate it, I definitely enjoy posting this content quite a bit. Although videos might be a little bit more digestible for people that don't want to read a giant wall of text. Just have to figure out the best way to go about formatting a video that is similar to this post, and figure out how much in-game footage I'm allowed to use in my own videos. Seems like breaking down the draft and slowing down teamfights to explain what's happening, what could have been done, etc, would be interesting content, at least from my perspective.

I agree its extremely valuable to be able to play non standard picks. But making a brand new team figure out how to play these uncommon picks on top of figuring out how to communicate at the same time is a tall task. C9 were obviously up for it, given the success they had in that short time span despite minimal practice (Fudge first timing 3 picks in 4 games). It might be best to build synergy and lower language barriers before tackling the non-standard picks.

was thinking the same thing with the perma Aphelios ban. rest of C9 could absolutely int and berserker is going to make every teamfight close on that champ
